Hire charges
It is with regret
- Due to the Maple Sprung dance floor in the Main hall we cannot have guests wearing Stiletto footwear. We apologise for the inconvenience.
- Hire is subject to the agreement of our terms and conditions failure to comply will result in the hirer losing their deposit.
- We regret we cannot accept hall bookings for parties for ages 13 - 29.
- The booking deposit MUST be paid immediately on receiving your invoice to secure your booking. The booking is not yours and could still be booked by another.
Main Hall includes small Bar Area(capacity of 120 persons)
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 22:00🔻
Regular weekly bookings £20.00 an hour
Occasional bookings £22.50 an hour🔸
Saturday 9:00 - 23:00🔻
Regular bookings £20.00 an hour
Occasional bookings £25.00 an hour🔸
You must be clear of the hall by 23:00.
Bookings that exceed 5 hours will need to provide ID
Sunday 9:00 - 17:00
Minimum booking is 5 hours by request only at £25 per hour.

Large Kitchen
For the use of the large Kitchen with any Main Hall Hire there is a one off £10 additional charge per booking for the first 3 hours and an additional £10 per hour after.
Room of Requirement (capacity of 15-20 persons)
Monday to Saturday 9:00 - 22:00🔻

🔸For all bookings we require a booking and damage waiver deposit of £50♦️this is required immediately to secure it. Should the deposit not be paid within this time the booking will be cancelled and released.
🔻Bookings that go past 18:00 on a Friday and Saturday; music to is finish before 10:30pm. An extra damage waiver deposit of £200 and for a first time booking an extra £150♦️.
All deposits are refundable upon the safe and clean return of our hall.
Should the hirer fail to pay the outstanding hire fee or fail to use their booking the deposit fee will be used to pay for loss of revenue and for the administrative fees should we not be able to rehire. Please read our Terms and Conditions regarding this.
Any little extras you may need?
1. If you would like to have an inflatable in the hall an extra £5 will be charged per inflatable. This needs to be declared at booking.
2. If you have more than 60 persons attending your hire an extra £20 one off payment will be required.
3. Use of the large kitchen. With any Main Hall Hire or Room of Requirement hire there is a one off £10 additional charge per booking.
Please request these in your initial booking under the ‘special requirements’ box and we will add it to you invoice for you.

Please note all bookings have to be paid for in advance, in addition a refundable deposit will be required immediately to secure your booking. Any changes to bookings will need to be applied for in writing.
